HOW TO ENROLL KIDS:
- Parents/Guardians must fill out a registration/release form prior to their child/s participating in a class. You can download the form in advance before coming to class, OR you can fill one out at the Dance studio when you bring your child to their first class.
TUITION FEES:
- Drop In fee per class $12.00
- 1 class per week /$55.00 per month
- 2 classes per week /$90.00 per month
- You can purchase your sessions with cash,check at the Dance studio or send Check / Money Order or PAYPAL (socom2@hotmail.com) to me before the 1st of the month.
- Purchase classes online at our Secure Online Portal
TUITION POLICY:
There is an initial one time $20 registration fee (per student) for new students. There are NO refunds, make-up or future credits for class(s) missed by student. If you are unable to attend regularly, please consider a tuition plan that works for you.
**Class sizes are limited, and are filled on a first-come, first served basis.**

ON-SITE CLASS INFO
- Class Times Saturday’s 11:30-12:30pm & 12:30-1:30pm/ Wednesday’s 4:00-5:00PM & 5:00-6:00PM
- Location: 725 Locust Street Santa Clara CA 95050
- All kids’ classes are age grouped levels. {Ages 3-5 / 6-8}
- Prior to attending a class please make sure to check our schedule & prices online to make sure classes are in session.
- Kids must wear the appropriate clothing to class.
- Please label all dance wear items. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items in the lobby or dance room.
- No eating or chewing gum during class.
- Please use restroom before class.
- No street shoes or jeans in dance room. All students must have proper dance shoes in the dance room.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or persons.
- Please have an adult accompany your child to class, if under 18 years.
- PLEASE pick your child up promptly following their class. We cannot be responsible for children that arrive too early or stay beyond their scheduled class times.
- Parents/guardians are allowed to watch class but must respect the “quiet during class” rule.
- This applies to non-participating kids also!
